We are now in for a week here Vieste. We like it so much that we have decided to winter the ship to leave here on the web of Catherine and Antonio. We are safe here in the port of Vieste and are close to the Stadt.Alle days we scouted the area on bicycles and bought fine Italian specialties, so Hans Peter conjures the most exquisite dishes.

Today was a large market that takes place every 14 days on Monday. We could not get enough at all the different market drivers. If you want to see you more, but look under gallery, as is her impressions of this typical Italian market.
Before we make our way to Lastovo, we visit the village Brna on the south side of Korcula. We explore the small village that is in season now certainly busier than the end of October.
We look forward to Lastovo and sail slowly with a slight wind to the south.
We anchor in Lastovo in a well protected bay Mali Lago. It comes before us as we are in the middle of a small lake. The anchorage is good and at 6m depth, we can provide enough chain, so we are sure that the anchor holds even when the hip strong southerly winds. These are then really so strong that we have now and sleepless hours. But the anchor holds.
