The package has arrived and we want more. After nine days varied in Syracuse on 09/06/09 we weigh anchor and sail with light winds to Marzamemi. In a small marina (30 €), we create and explore the pretty little village with our bikes. In Marzamemi there used some tuna factories. The old factory buildings were converted into rustic Local sale of local products from tuna, swordfish, tomatoes and herbs. Everything is displayed nicely and we can test various products. Mmhh delicious! We can not stand back and buy a small piece geräuchten Spada (swordfish). Even otherwise the village with old stone houses and the quaint village square has been renovated simple and plain, which creates a wonderful ambiance.
South it is where we drop anchor for a short night in the harbor next to Porto Palo. Morning at 3:40 clock we anchor on, say goodbye to Italy and go to Malta.
