On Thursday, 16/07/09 we continue south into the Bay of Malfatano, a stopover on the way to Carloforte. We enjoy a swim and lie at anchor. On Friday evening we arrive at Carlo Forte. Already far out we are picked up and accompanied with a dinghy in a marina. But actually we do not want in this marina. We opt for the marina Silfridi, which has only advantages, such as free internet, shower toilet near and yet is cheaper (42 €, which lies entirely outside Silfridi Marina at the north pier.)

After studying the weather, we decide on Monday 20.07.09, break to Lilian's 50-IGST birthday to Sardinia on.

First we sail with light northerly winds, then we have the iron Genoa (motor) some time to push westward. Memorable time with the two will remain, but unfortunately they have the next morning on the way home. We spent a wonderful time together, it could have lasted a little longer.

Cagliari - Carloforte

On Thursday we are sailing with light winds to the beautiful bay Malfatano. This lies at the southern tip of Sardinia.
