On the evening of 27.7. the Tschanzen and Co. in Porto Mahon (Menorca) arrived. After an aperitif and a delicious dinner we went to bed soon, because they were all very tired. The next day we sat in the nearby bay Teulada could be enjoyed by the sea in which the first feeling. By late afternoon, a trip to the ruins of Fort La Mola was on the plan.
The next day we ventured out for the first time on the big Mediterranean. Soon we were amazed by the crystal clear water quality in some places. Since the actual target bay was crowded, we placed the planned route for the next day just got back too, and sailed into the Cala Escorscada.
The bay was taken as a travel journal, and so we spent the next time snorkeling, swimming, shore excursions and some other experiences. Among other things, a night of lush swell, which was half the crew (ie all except the skipper and one crew member couple) put out of action.
On 1 August we went to Cala Blanca. But unfortunately, this stretch was to deal only with the engine, because we do not want to bless with his Poseidon winds. However, in time for the Swiss national holiday, we met Heidi and Bruno, the famous Swiss skipper teams and also, in this bay. After an aperitif on the Katuscha, the ship of Bruno, we went to a restaurant with bay views and Dingianlegeplatz (a ladder). Oddly, we had the experience that can also occur on land considerable swell. In the coming days, we searched in vain for barracuda, what the stuff was bathed, visited the former island capital of Ciutadella and bunkerten food for the impending trip to Mallorca.
Along the way we were able to finally set sail, and not to the engine, but we did not get beyond the 4.5-knot limit. Shortly before the end of the approximately 5-hour turns, we got to the delight of all who visit by a dolphin.
Immediately we noticed that a lot of tourists as Menorca Mallorca is because the beach of Cala Guya was crowded with people and the smaller Cala Molto from Yachtis.
We got used to relatively quickly over the floating Germans and were glad that we are not on the beach squeezed desperately need. Soon we had to go to Cala Ratjada vorsondieren and buy one last time.
The next day we took leave of Bruno and Heidi, who sail northward.
Hanspizauberte on the last night at anchor a wonderful dinner, and so once again surpassed themselves.
On the last night we went to the marina in Cala Ratjada and after prolonged through questions advised us locals a great restaurant.
Clock in the morning at 6.00 we started for home. After a short taxi ride, followed by bus and train time we reached the airport of Palma.
