11 days we stayed in Almerimar and the time flew by. We could do a lot on the ship and have especially enjoyed being together again with loved ones. We are currently in Almerimar and have done for a week at our ship Misc. Of course you can find here in the marina lot of blue water cruising sailors. There is much to tell and to learn.

On 1 September at 7.00 clock in the morning we go to anchor to sail to the mainland to Puerto de Calpe to go. When set off, we look forward to the beautiful sunrise.
We have about 60 nautical miles ahead of us and must first be run with a lack of wind the engine. The wind freshened up gradually, at 12.30 clock can finally turn off the engine. Along the way we see lots of flying fish. The mainland welcomes visitors with the impressive sight of the Penon de Ifach, a rocky peninsula.
We walk around the Penon and place at 19.00 clock in the Marina de Calpe (40 €) to make the boat go forward to clear and a little walk from the tourist town. Read full post »
