The food was cooked fine and tasted good to us. We paid CHF 25.00 per person including drinks. We can recommend the restaurant happy.
We have found here in Brindisi, just outside the center of a very fine butcher's shop. The specialty butcher's "sausage con mozzarella", in Switzerland, would it be called farmer sausage. Especially tasty thing is that is added to the minced ingredients, mozzarella, parsley and a little tomato sauce. We have grilled sausages this on our gas grill on low heat and are thrilled by the result.
