Our boat is moored in the marina well and we use this trip to a country in the provincial capital of Lecce make. In the morning we drive to tackle with our folding bicycles to the station of Brindisi, those in their bags and go min by train in about 35 minutes. to Lecce. There we are happy to explore the big, interesting old town with the bike.

The baroque Lecce has beautiful churches, squares and a Roman amphitheater.

Umag it went into the Solinebucht, this is near the Limskikanal. In a quiet anchorage, we enjoyed two days. When the wind fit we sailed with 20 knots wind in the direction of Pula. Our Whisper ran wonderfully close to the wind and we were quite fast, despite show up in the marina in Pula. There we expect our friends Bernard and Karl, who came from their sailing trip back in Pula.

Pula us then held on for longer than desired. The Bora, a violent north-east wind with rain and cooler temperatures made us three days to stay in the marina. Read the full post »
